We welcome your attendance and your feedback. Voting on the new board will be restricted to the Membership in order to prioritize 2SLGBTQ+ voices.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, many organizations have struggled to maintain volunteers. We are asking the community for help discussing how to build and maintain community. This will also be a venue for Fredericton 2SLGBTQ+ communities to provide input on the organization's priorities in 2023.

In Person – The meeting will take place in the Garrison Room on the Mezzanine level. When you enter the lobby, take the left staircase or the elevator (behind the staircases) to the Mezzanine level.

Online – Advance registration is required to join the AGM on Zoom. This is due to the prevalence of interference on virtual platforms, ensuring uninterrupted accessibility for our ASL interpreters and attendees.

COVID Protocol: Masks are to be worn indoors at all times. Two medical-grade HEPA filters will be running for the whole event. We will offer takeaway hot beverages outside the meeting room, but they must be enjoyed outside during the break or after the AGM.

Accessibility: The building is physically accessible. An amplification system (microphones) will be used. ASL interpretation will be available online – please register for virtual access to the AGM here.
